According to Starnews, the movie Dream moved the overseas filming schedule to next year due to reasons like COVID-19 and actorsŌĆÖ scheduling conflicts. First started filming in May last year, Dream tells the story of a team of special people trying out for the Homeless World Cup. ItŌĆÖs the new film by Extreme Job director Lee Byung Heon. The full cast includes Park Seo Joon, IU, Kim Jong Soo, Ko Chang Seok, Jung Seung Gil, Lee Hyun Woo, Yang Hyun Min, Hong Wan Pyo, Heo Jun Seok, and Lee Ha Nee. Since Dream is about the Homeless World Cup, the production needed some footage taken overseas. However, with the outbreak of COVID-19, the team first finished filming in Korea and kept an eye on the situation. Yet, the team decided that it is impossible to film things outside of the country due to the ongoing pandemic and the overlapping schedules of lead actors. Megabox Plus M planned to resume the production of Dream once the filming in Bogota, starring Song Joong Ki, begins again. But after months of contemplation, they decided to scrub the original plan for filming abroad this year. Accordingly, Park Seo Joon will head to America later this year after finishing Concrete Utopia and work on The Marvels. Once heŌĆÖs back, heŌĆÖll either resume shooting Dream or start his new drama Kyungseong Creature (working title). On the other hand, IU finished filming Hirokazu KoreedaŌĆÖs Korean film Broker (working title) in June. Therefore, Broker may be screened in theaters before Dream. ┬Ā Source (1)
