The series is set in 1945 in the city of Gyeongseong and follows young individuals going up against monstrous creatures that were born out of human greed. Stove League┬Āproducer Jung Dong Yoon and screenwriter Kang Eun Kyung behind┬ĀDr. Romantic┬Āand┬ĀGu Family Book┬Āhelmed the series. Park Seo Jun will take on the role of Jang Tae Sang, the wealthiest and the most well-connected person in Gyeongseong who runs a huge pawnshop called Golden Jade House. Han So Hee will play the role of Yoon Chae Ok, a bounty hunter who can track down even those who are dead. Jo Han Chul, Wi Ha Jun, Soo Hyun, Kim Hae Sook, and Park Ji Hwan will also star in the series. Jo Han Chul will appear as Yoon Chae OkŌĆÖs father, Yoon Joong Won. He has been investigating the serial missing case to find his wife who disappeared ten years earlier. Wi Ha Jun will star as Jang Tae SangŌĆÖs best friend named Kwon Jun Taek, a member of the independence army. Soo Hyun will star as Maeda, the wife of the family that rules Gyeongseong. Kim Hae Sook will play Nawol Daek, the butler of the Golden Jade House who helps Jang Tae Sang in every step. Park Ji Hwan will play Gap Pyeong.
