According to the production company 4th CREATIVE PARTY, BongŌĆÖs new project will be a Korean animation movie. Bong has partnered with Korean VFX company 4th CREATIVE PARTY to create a full visual effect animation about deep-sea creatures and humans. ŌĆ£Director Bong Joon Ho came up with the idea in 2018 and has worked on it since then. And last January, he completed his screenplay,ŌĆØ said an official from 4th CREATIVE PARTY. ŌĆ£Bong is currently working on the scripts of his new live-action film in English. This upcoming animation is his new Korean project, and it will be unveiled after his American project is released.ŌĆØ In several interviews conducted earlier, Bong shared that he is working on two different projects, each made as a Korean and English version. BongŌĆÖs latest film, Parasite, had won four Academy Awards.
